RESUME

RESEARCH

Serving as the editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, I am a Full Professor in real estate and Finance at Cornell's Johnson College of Business, and the Rubacha Department of Real Estate. I am also the Singapore Tourism Distinguished Professor at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration. My research interests include real estate investment and finance, securitization, commodity pricing, retail, and tourism management.
